The back is blank for you to write your disabilities/medical history down

Use a ball point pen to write onto the card & allow the ink to dry to prevent smudging, once card is written on changes are not able to be made.

These 8.5 x 5.5 cm cards are PVC, waterproof & wipeable with a hole to the top.

Orders receive 1 black O spring ring is provided to attach more cards or onto lanyards, keyrings & wristlets are available in a variety of colours sold separately.
